A 61-year-old grandmother from Alberta, Canada, just proved the plank is a lot longer than most people think.

DonnaJean Wilde held a forearm plank for five straight hours at the Huntsman World Senior Games in St. George, Utah, with judges rotating in and out in shifts. That beats her own record of 4 hours, 30 minutes and 11 seconds by nearly half an hour. Guinness World Records told ABC News it has received her application and will review the evidence before making the new mark official.

Wilde started planking after breaking her arm in 2013, also holds the women's record for most push-ups in an hour with 1,575, and reportedly trained as early as 2 a.m. in the weeks before the attempt. Some online commenters have questioned her form, and the record remains pending Guinness approval.
