A LongHorn Steakhouse in Georgia is facing new scrutiny after one of its own employees blew the whistle.
Cook Sean Headley filmed roaches crawling across the kitchen floor and food waste scattered throughout the workspace at the Camp Creek Parkway location in East Point, saying he'd repeatedly raised concerns with managers and corporate before deciding to record it himself. LongHorn called the conditions unacceptable and said they've since placed new leadership at the restaurant. The video has racked up millions of views in less than 24 hours.
The location had received an A grade from health inspectors just weeks earlier, and Fulton County health officials are now scheduling a follow-up inspection to sort out the discrepancy.
