Her father, serial Guinness World Record-breaker David Rush, had broken records with his older children before, but Felicity wanted one of her own. The pair landed on the most passes through a back-spinning hula hoop in 30 seconds, a record that stood at 8. After several practice sessions worked around a toddler's schedule, Rush shared online that Felicity officially passed through the hoop 10 times, though one pass was disqualified on a technicality, still enough to break the record.
Rush said the family kept the win to themselves until the official certificate arrived weeks later, when he surprised everyone by handing out certificates to his wife and all three kids on the same day.
